PETE J. WEEGER

PRESIDENT OF WB HOMES, INC.

Pete Weeger is a third-generation California builder and the Founder and President of WB Homes, Inc. He started his career as an estimator and project manager at P&A Construction Company in Torrance, California founded by his grandfather Peter A. Weeger in 1919. He then moved to San Francisco and attended graduate school at Golden Gate University in the Real Estate Finance MBA program, while working at Centennial Homes in San Francisco. He then moved back to Los Angeles to work at Weeger Builders Inc. in Los Angeles, and Trimark Pacific Homes in Westlake Village, California, before launching WB Homes, Inc. in 2002. Pete has been involved in building over 450 single-family and multi-family residences, valued at over $500 million, and has also had the opportunity of building in Colorado, and Hawaii. 

Pete Weeger is directly responsible for all single-family home designs, land acquisitions, entitlements, permits, financing, construction management, and sales. Pete has extensive experience processing and building homes in the City of Malibu, City of Los Angeles, City of Thousand Oaks, City of Oxnard, LA County, Ventura County, San Bernardino County, Marin County, and also Colorado, Hawaii, and Maui. He also has extensive experience processing projects with the California Coastal Commission, SEA’s interacting with Fish & Game, Army Corps, California State Water Quality, and US Fish & Wildlife, including Urban Infill.  He is an active member of the Building Industry Association, the National Association of Home Builders, and the California Association of Realtors.

Pete is the son of William N. Weeger and grandson of Peter A. Weeger who started P&A Construction Company in Los Angeles in 1919 and specialized in building schools. He was born and raised in West Los Angeles and Malibu, California. He is a fourth-generation California native and attended Loyola High School, the University of Colorado, Boulder and graduate school at Golden Gate University, San Francisco. He chose to be a builder of single-family homes and multi-family homes, instead of a school builder like his father and grandfather. Pete is inherently passionate about the local community and creating custom residences that make California living extraordinary. He is 57 years old and the proud father of two girls, Jacqueline and Noelle. He is an avid sailor, skier, mountain biker, and helicopter pilot.
